Ms. DiSpirito’s consulting engagements focus on integrating quality practices with production demands to increase customer satisfaction and decrease operating costs. An expert in Quality Systems such as ISO 9000, QS 9000/TS16949, AS9100 , AS9120 and the Malcolm Baldrige criteria, she has 25+ years real-world experience as a hands-on quality manager. Her certifications include: ASQ Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE); ASQ Certified Quality Auditor (CQA), Certified Six Sigma Black Belt.  She is an experienced instructor in change management, quality inspections, problem solving techniques, and function point analysis.

Ms. DiSpirito received her M.B.A. from Suffolk University where she was inducted into Delta Mu Delta (Financial Honor Society). She earned a BA in Chemistry from Newton College of the Sacred Heart (Boston College).
